First you should have all the tools for iPhone housing replacement. Remove the two 3.6 mm Pentalobe screws next to the Lightning connector. With a small suction cup gently pull lcd from the frame. once lcd is removed you need phillips screw driver to remove two screws from battery connector. Once battery connector removed now move to lcd connector metal plate which is screwed with 3 screws on to the housing. This screw tends to not be attracted to a magnetised screwdriver. Take care not to lose it when removing, and make sure it gets back into the right place—a magnetised screw may interfere with the compass. Now gently remove lcd connectors with a plastic plunger. next you will find few screws on logic board. Unscrew logic board off the housing. Once logic board came out. now do the reverse and put all the parts back the way they came out and you are done.
