You can start heating from the top corner at 120 degrees. The top glass is hard glued with aliminuim frame. Once you start heating glass and it is hot enough then start removing the glass from one corner and work through from top to bottom. Once you have reached close to the bottom be very carful as the home button and lcd connectors are on the left side on bottom. Now hold the lcd at 45 degree and unscrew the metal plate holding lcd connectors. remove lcd connectors with plastic spudger. Now completely remove old lcd and you can connect new lcd . Before glueing back new lcd test if display and touch is working fine. You can use the double sided tape to put new lcd back on to the frame.
