Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your Order, buying, repairing of gadgets. These Terms and Conditions contain important information about the ordering, buying, repair, processing and delivery of goods, including limitations.
Terms and conditions for sales and Repair:
- Verbal agreements or arrangements with the Seller‘s employees shall only be binding unless and when they are confirmed in writing by the Seller.
In order to be legally effective, declarations of acceptance and all orders require written confirmation from the Seller (order confirmation) or written confirmation by email and/or fax are sufficient.
- The Seller reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the Goods and services which may be required any time, which do not materially affect the quality or performance of the Goods, without notice for such changes.
- The information contained in any selling documents prepared by the Seller is only indicative and shall not be legally binding.
- The price is exclusive of any applicable value added Tax, which the Purchaser shall be additionally liable to pay to the Seller.
- The deadlines and time periods indicated by the Seller are not binding, unless agreed otherwise in writing. The Seller is not responsible for delays of delivery due to courier barriers or due to events which make the delivery considerably more difficult or impossible for the Seller, even if binding time periods and delivery deadlines have been agreed. Those events permit the Seller to delay the delivery or service for the duration of the hindrance, or to withdraw from the contract in full or in part in relation to that part that has not been fulfilled.
- Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. Once an Order has been accepted by website and a Purchase Contract formed, you are legally obliged to take the goods.
- All prices listed on the Website exclude Delivery Costs. Delivery Costs are shown separately on an Order. No refund on return courier (if faulty product)
- Features and specifications of Products described or depicted on the Website are subject to change without notice.
- All weights and dimensions of Products described in the Website are approximate. All screens are measured diagonally and all screen images contained on the Website are simulated unless otherwise indicated.
- Budget Computer does not accept any responsibility for Orders that are declined, delayed or not accepted due to disruptions with internet connections.
- In case of unknown fault description $30 diagnostic fee will apply, Diagnostic fee non refundable if device can’t be fixed or job cancelled.
- Quotation send via email or over the phone for any repair or product valid for 7 days.
- Warranty valid for part that replaced or repair which we have done. Any other part in the gadget stop working we do not take any responsibility. Warranty is only on the repairs or parts which we fixed or replaced.
- Remove any external media memory card or SIM card or DVD / CD from the gadget we do not take any responsibility for any media left in the gadget.
- $30 diagnostic fee will apply on all repairs even if the gadget (phone/laptop/computer electronic device) is not repairable or job cancelled by customer.
- Parts ordered on customer behalf and a deposit is taken, the deposit is non-refundable as we order parts on customer behalf.
- All the parts fitted come with 3 months warranty unless specified. We will fix the fault & check with which gadget is booked. No other functionality checked unless a thorough assessment is requested & $30 assessment is paid.
- All repair come with 3 months warranty unless specified. LCDS are fragile any external pressure while in pocket or any other place or harsh use will break without damaging the top glass as top glass is harder/stronger then underneath LCD in such case warranty will be voided.
- Any physical damage which includes liquid damage, dropped, and any pressure on the LCD which break the display will not be covered in warranty. Any gadget returned under warranty and it is find out to be physical damage $30 diagnostic will apply. In any dispute customer is required to get a third party opinion on their own cost from a reputable repair shop and provide a copy of the report.
- Warranty is provided only on the part we have replaced not any other part of gadget.
- No responsibility taken of any data loss while working on any gadget. Backup all your data before it is booked for a repair.
- Customer’s responsibility to pick their gadget within 2 months’ time after it fixed and pay repairing fee in full. No gadget will be delivered if not paid in full. If any gadget is not picked within 2 months’ time it will be disposed off or sold to recover the cost. I authorize budget computer to dispose off or sell my gadget to recover any cost if not picked and paid within 2 months’ time.
- Warranty repairs cannot be checked straight away. We need reasonable time to check and fix.
- Software / operating system installation if virus infected or corrupted by customer negligence or misuse or any third party software not working no responsibility taken.
- Customer advised to take their SD card/ SIM card out from phone before they give for repair as budget computer takes no responsibility for any loss of SIM card/SD card etc.
- No warranty on software, no responsibility taken on data loss during repair it is customer’s responsibility to backup your device before you drop it for repair. NO RESPONSIBILITY TAKEN OF ANY DATA LOSS
- All sort of repair / parts replacement and products come with 3 months warranty unless specified.
- Product pictures on the website are for indication only and may not be the actual picture of the product.
- Follow below information of product physical condition
AS NEW = Phone is in Brand New cosmetic condition and unused.
EXCELLENT = Only very minor marks or light surface scratches
GREAT = Shows signs of normal wear such as light marks or surface scratches.
USED = Significant but normal wear which may include scratches and/or scuff marks.
Terms of payments
- The Purchaser shall pay the price of the Goods within the time specified or if no time is specified pay immidietly. Trade discounts need the prior written approval of the Seller.
- if unfavorable information about the Purchaser‘s economic situation exists or payments are not made within the agreed payment period, then the Seller can demand immediate cash payment before delivery of the commodities, regardless of the agreed payment date.
- Prices are exclusive other shipping, packaging and transport expenses if not otherwise agreed in written form. One-way packaging cannot be returned.
- Pallets and transport packaging shall be replaced or invoiced separately at cost price.
- If LAYBY available on any item or repair deposit and rest to be paid within 8 weeks, weekly installments, device only delivered when paid in full, any nonpayment or cancellation of LAYBY will incur 50% paid amount will be deducted.
- Products purchased off website with option “pay on pick up” is time limit to pick your purchase with in 4 working days. If not picked and paid with in 4 days the order will be cancelled.
- We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase. So please choose carefully. If a product is faulty we will meet our obligation. If product is still under warranty, not physical damaged, not liquid damaged, not moisture damaged, not dust / environmental damaged not impact damage of any kind pressure damaged. We will inspect with in a 7 working days. If the product is found any type of damage listed here or not listed here it will not be covered in warranty. Inspection fee of $40 will apply if find out to be damaged product by customer.
- Customer can have third party inspection on their own cost from a reputable repairer and provide a written report in case of any dispute.
- Faulty product we will fix same, if not fixable we will replace with same product in a reasonable time or refund within 14 days.
- Any third party inspection without prior approval from budget computer will void the warranty
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To qualify to return an item under conditions, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale.
- Please choose your products carefully, due to health and safety reasons, no returns or refund for change of mind will be permitted.
- Returns courier fee ia to be paid by buyer and product broken or damaged in the courier is buyer responsibility.
- Warranty will not apply in respect of a Product If the applied serial number has been altered or removed from the Product.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item with mentioned fault description.
- We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- Proof of purchase (invoice or paid Order confirmation) must be provided when requesting service under warranty or refund.
- No refund, if any repair, part or product sold will void warranty if physical damage, pressure or liquid damaged or unauthorized repair attempt from self or any third party.
- All sort of repair / parts replacement and products come with 3 months warranty unless specified.
- All refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed, if cash (paid cash) not available at shop you have to give us time to arrange that.
- Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the purchaser collecting the Goods at the Seller‘s premises at any time after the Seller has notified the purchaser that the Goods are ready for collection or, if some other place for delivery is agreed by the Seller, by the Seller delivering the Goods to that place To the extent possible, the quantity ordered by the Purchaser shall be provided. Any difference in quantity resulting from the delivery note or the invoice shall be notified to the Seller in writing, albeit not later than five (5) working days after receipt of the commodities.
- If the Purchaser fails to accept delivery on due date, he shall nevertheless make payment as if the delivery of the Goods had been accepted. The Seller shall arrange for the storage of the Goods at the risk and cost of the Purchaser. If required by the Purchaser the Seller shall insure the Goods at the cost of the purchaser.
- The risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the purchaser as soon as the Goods have been handed over to the person carrying out the transportation, or as soon as the Goods have left the Seller‘s business shop.
- The Purchaser shall check the incoming Goods immediately after receipt. Complaints of any kind shall be ruled out if they are not made within 2 days after the receipt of the Goods.
- Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for Your Order, We may charge a redelivery fee for each subsequent delivery attempt.
- We try to ensure that all Products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Budget Computer does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item courier item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
